Alert Relay support is available for customers using the connector in Power Automate. If you are experiencing an error, unexpected output, or trouble configuring the connector, please get in touch using the contact details below.

What to include in your support request
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:
- your organisation or tenant name
- the name of the flow
- the Alert Relay action being used
- the approximate date and time of the issue
- the exact error message shown
- screenshots, where relevant
- whether the issue affects one flow or multiple flows
- any recent changes made to the flow, connector connection, or SharePoint source
Support hours
Support is provided during standard business hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Adelaide, South Australia time
Response time
We aim to respond to support enquiries within 2 business days.
Response times may vary depending on issue complexity, weekends, public holidays, and the quality of the information provided.
Scope of support
Support covers:
- issues using the Alert Relay connector
- unexpected behaviour in Alert Relay actions
- help understanding documented connector inputs and outputs
- investigation of suspected product defects
Support does not include:
- general Microsoft 365 administration
- general SharePoint administration
- general Power Automate design or consulting
- custom flow development
- third-party product support
These services may be available separately by arrangement.
Before contacting support
Before lodging a support request, please check:
- that your connector connection is valid
- that required permissions have been granted
- that the flow run history has been reviewed
- that input values passed to Alert Relay are correct
- that the relevant SharePoint item, library, or site is accessible to the signed-in user
